Swazi Plaza Properties (Pty) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Industrial Development Company of Eswatini (IDCE), located in Mbabane, Eswatini. Swazi Plaza Properties has expanded from a single building to a 44,000 m² mixed-use precinct made up of eleven buildings and one five-storey parking garage, which measures approximately 20,000 m² in total. Swazi Plaza Properties manages Eswatini’s largest shopping centre, which accommodates around 200 businesses, an executive residence situated in Mountain View, Eswatini, and a site of 2.9 hectares for future development. The tenant mix ranges from SMEs to multinationals in the legal, construction, finance, creative and other sectors.
